2. Facility Usage
2.1. Booking: All reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our official website, mobile app, or in-person.
2.2. Age Restrictions: Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or obtain their consent to use our facilities.
2.3. Safety Regulations: Users are required to adhere to safety instructions provided by Ready to Golf staff. Ready to Golf has the right to refuse service and/or eject any guest from the premises who fails to adhere to the established safety policies, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment for all patrons and staff members.
2.4. Dress Code: While we maintain a relaxed dress code, kindly be advised that the use of golf shoes with metal spikes is strictly prohibited on our premises. Violation of this policy may result in penalty fees.
3. Payments and Cancellations
3.1. Fees: The fees for utilizing our facilities are clearly outlined on our website or as communicated by our staff.
3.2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees unless under exceptional circumstances approved by The Greens Golf Lounge.

Patrons assume full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or other associated risks. 5.1. Prohibited Behavior: Patrons must refrain from engaging in behavior that disrupts other users or damages The Greens Golf Lounge reputation. This includes but is not limited to using abusive language, reckless behavior, or misusing the facilities.
5.2. Alcohol and Substances: Alcohol consumption is permitted on the premises in a Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) capacity. However, the use or presence of any other substances, including but not limited to illegal drugs or controlled substances, is strictly prohibited. The Greens Golf Lounge reserves the right to request the immediate departure of any guest who exhibits belligerent behavior or is excessively intoxicated. We prioritize the safety and comfort of all patrons and staff, and your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is crucial for maintaining a positive and secure environment.
6. Intellectual Property
